WHEREAS, Carlo Pyhaluoto, Como Zoo I'oreman, will be attending a
conference of zoo officials at Buffalo, New York, September 13-17, 1970; and
WHEREAS, a list of Como Zoo surplus anima.ls is on file in the office
of the City Purchasing Agent with a value established by the Commi.ssioner
of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that Carlo Pyhaluoto be authorized to negotiate
for the sale of said animals at a price of not less than the value of the
animals as indicated on the follawing list:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that final confirmation of any sale must be
made through the City Purchasing Department.
