If it is the opinion of the owners of this property that it
can be rehabilitated, it will be necessary that they submit the list of
corrections which they propose regarding the structural cond.itions of the
building as well as the electrical, plumbing and heating systems, with a
schedule for the completion of the rehabilitatian program, along with the
application for permits.
Inasmuch as such a schedule has not been submitted by
the owners and no attempt has been made to repair the damage despite our
warnings, it is the recommendation of this Bureau that this matter be
referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District
Court procedures.
