WHEREAS, Additions and deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as Construction of Traffic Signals in MA.RIA
AVE. and SIXTH ST. , MARYLAND AVE. and CLARENCE ST., WHITE BEAR AVE. and
IOWA AVE., and in various other locations, Comptroller's Contract L-7226,
City Project No. M-318 B, Collins Electric Company, Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
WHERFAS, It has been found necessary to make the followir� Additions
and Deductions
1. At Ford Pkwy: and Kenneth St. add $20.00
Supply two 8 ft. luminaire arms in place of two 6 ft. arms.
2. At Lafayette Rd and E. Seventh S�. deduct $200.00
Conduit installation specified but not required. (Approx. 95 Ft. of
_ 3/�+ in.)
WHEREAS, The total deduction is $1$0.00, and the Cammissioner of
Public Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amownt of $180.00
is the correct sum to be deducted from said contract, therefore be it,
RESOLVID, T'hat the City of St. Pau1 through its City Council approves
the foregoing deduction made in accordance with the Specifications in the
swn of $180.00, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum consideration
named in the contract.
