a conference of zoo officials at Buffalo, 1Vew York, September 13-17,
1970; and
WHEREAS, a list of Como Zoo surplus animals is on file in the
office of the City Purchasing Agent with a value established by the
Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, aow,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, ti�at Carlo Pyhaluoto be authorized to negotiate
for the sale of said animals at a price of not less than the value
of the animals as indicated on the follawing list:
