suthorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City Agreement No. 56568 between the State of Minn-
esota, Department of Highways and the City of St.
Paul, Minnesota. That said agreement is for the
purpose of muck excavation, granular backfill and
sewer relocation by the City of St. Paul on
Jefferson Avenue at Interstate Highway 35E.
