RESOLV�D, that James Mahoney be paid the sum of $315.00 out
of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
injuries he received on June 30, 1966, while employed by the
Department of Public Safety, Bureau of E�olice, whereby he suffered
a 20% permanent partial disability to his right middle finger; that
of said sum, $315.00 is now due and payable.
