and the F�rma1 Bid #4258 of said Crane Suppl,y Compar�y� such bid bein� the
lowest and said Crane Supply Company being a resp�nsible bidder, and the
Corp�rati�n C�unsel be and hereby is directed to draft the pr�per form �f c�ntract
therefor, and the proper C3ity officials hereby axe auth�rized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
