WNEREAS, The Comaissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau pf Health
have submitted tnvestigation and �nspection reports pertaining to the
hereinafter descri6ed prnpert�es, copies of which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof;
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the conditions described in the hereinafter
described properties const�itutes nuisance which threaten the public peace,
health and safety; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of th� City of Sa�nt
Paul and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Leg�slat�ve Code, 24 hours'
notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent af each of such
properties de�nand�ng the abatement and removal of such nuisances; now,
therefore, be i t
RESOLVED, That vpon the recomnendation of the Coromissioner of Puhl�c
Safety, the Comni ssi oner of Publ i c [�orks i s hereby di rected to sum�art ly
and forthw�th remove the said nuisances fram the following descrtbed propert�es:
