the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefare, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asaessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RES�OLVE�D FURTHER,, Tha,t a public hearing be ha.d on said assessment on the 6th
day of octeber� 1971 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Ha.11 Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Cha;rter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
