In the matter of improving BAY ST. from Palace Ave. to Jefferson Ave. ,
PALACE AVE. from View St. to Bay St. and VIEW ST, from Palace Ave. to Jefferson
Ave. by regrading and surfacing with bituminous material and constructing
concrete curb and gutter; construct storm water drainage facilities; construct
where necessary concrete sidewalk, driveways and service walks and do all
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
(G-1980) under Preliminary Order No. 253868, approved April 30, 1971 and
Final Order No. 255068, approved July 28, 1971 ; be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvements be and the same are hereby approved; and be it
FURTNER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby directed to
obtain bids for the improvements as per plans and specifications; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby directed to
advertise for bids for the improvements.
