RESOLVED, That the Prince Electric Companq, 1324 Arcade Street, Ramsey
County, St. Paul, Minnesota, owner of subject premises, hereby is granted -
a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to construct a driveway
entrance into their garage to a width not exceeding 50 feet. The entrance
is located on the north side of Ivy Avenue east of Arcade Street, abutting'
Lot 17, Block 7, Lane`s Phalen Grove Addition, and to thereafter maintain
and operate the same as so constructed sub3ect to said permittee's compliance
with all a}+plicable State Sta�ea�Citq Ordinances and rules and regulations
of public authorities having cognizance.
