WI�REAS, In connection with the construction along Trunk Highway
No. 280 from Wabash Ave. to Carter Ave. , the State of Minnesota awarded
a contract on July 15, 1970 and,
WI-1EREAS, The City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota, Department
of Highways have entered into an agreement No. 56678, State Pro�ECt No.
6242-17 which provides for the State of Mi.nnesota to construct storm
sewer facilities, for the City of St. Paul along the West Froritage Road
of T.H. No. 280 from Territorial Rc�ad to Franklin Ave. , alon� the East
Frontage Road of T.H. No. 280 from University Ave. to Franklin Ave.
and along Franklin Ave. from approximately 100 ft. East of East Froritage
Road to said Ea.st Frontage Roa:d in the amount of $ig,700.98 now therefore
be it
RE.SOLVED, That the amount of $19,700.g8 be chaxged to the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000 and this same f�nd to be rei.mbursed
from the City`s Share of Local Improvement Fund 0920-�+61 (i97i)
