In the Matter of i�proving LARPENTEUR AVENUE froa� Edgerton Street to PartcWay Drive '
(City Project P-O551) as follows: widen, grade and pave; conatruct curb a�td gutter;
construct street, alley and driveWay returns; construct storcn water drainage fac-
ilities; and conatruct concrete walk where necessary and do all other work which is
necessary a�d �.ncidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 254430 approved June 10, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
3. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
�o improve LARP�EUR AVENUE from Edgerton Street to Parkwaq Drive (City Project
P-0551) as fo1�.oWS: widen, grade and pave; construct curb and gutter;construct
street, alley and driveway returns; construct storm Water drain�ge facilities; and
construct concrete walk where necessary and do all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvem�nt,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 191,000.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of �;
segtember, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
HousQ and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
