COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS , the attached plans and specifications for the
Site Development at Conway Heights Park, located at Ruth Street
and Conway Avenue, have been prepared by the City Architect
under the direction of the Commissioner of Park�, Recreation
and Public Buildings; now, therefor�, be it
RESOLVED, that said plans and specifications, being
satisfactory to the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and
Public Buildings, are hereby approved and the Purchasing Agent
is hereby authorized to advertise for bids thereon in the
manner provided in and by the Charter, said advertisement to
specify a deposit fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) payable at the
Bureau of Public Buildings, 445 City Hall; and be it .
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the full deposit fee will be
refunded to Contract bidders who submit a bona fide bid
provided said drawings and specifications are returned in
good condition within ten (10) days after bid date. Job #�71-43.
