Urban Place extended to the established Harbor Line of the Mississippi River and
limited between the elevations of 4.0 feet to 26.00 feet both according to the City
datum which is 694.1 feet above sea level. These easements being necessary for the
construction of the Maria-Third SCorm Sewer System (S-1438),
