The City of Saint Paul agrees to send to the Saint Paul� local office of the Minnesota Department of Manpower Services an order on all Emergency Employment Act generated jobs. Ttie Minnesota Department of Manpower Services agrees to screen all applicants for the positions so ordered and requested by the City of Saint Paul in conformance with the provisions of the Act and the requirements approved by the City of Sai.nt Paul. These requirements include minimum qualifications, residence requirements, veterans preference among other things . The rlinnesota Department of Manpower Services agrees to list these jobs in its "Job Bank." They also agree to send to the C ity of Saint Paul Civil Service Bureau whatever numUer of applicants, if available, that the said Bureau requests. The City Civil Service Bur_eau agrees to return all referral cards to the Minnesota Department o� Manpower Services which indicate what action has been taken on each such applicant.
