WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the
period from October 30� 1971 to November 12� 1971:
therefore be it
RE50LVED: That the proger City officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 641r6
and No. 3250.
