Co�tracting Co�pany, Contractor, Citq Project No. 70-P-Ok99, the specified date
of oompletion iB August 15, 1971, and
, WHEREAS, The contractor was not abl� to co�plete the co�tract by said date
' of completion, therefore be it
RESOLVED, Thet the proper City Officials be and they are hereby suthorized
� and directed to execut� an amendment to said contract extending tbe time of
� coapletion to October 21, 1971, provided however, tl�at this resolution shall have
no force or effect unless the sureties on the contr�ctor's bond consent thereto
and f ile such consent in writing Witla the City Comptroller, and be it
FURTHBR RESOLVED, That the City of Sai�t Paul does not �aine anq claim for
liquidated damages and that engineering and inspection costs on this project
may be char�ed to the contractor for such ext�nded period.
