WHEREA.S, Pursuant e_cy�tion 203.3 of the City Charter, The Comptroller
has reported to the City Council that there are presently funds available in
the General Revenue Fund Balance - Dedicated - Retiree Insurance, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that it is necessary to provide an additional
appropriation for expenses being incurred in activity account number 0907,
Retiree Insurance, therefore, be it
RESCILVED, That the appropriation in the 1971 Budget for Retiree Insurance
in Charter Fund 25, Employee Benefits, is hereby increa�sed as follows:

0907 Retiree Insurance
431 Health andWelfare Premiums $5,000.00
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the item in the 1971 Schedule of Fund Balances
Applied - Schedule D for Retiree Insurance be increased in the amount of
$5,000.00, and be it ►
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 1971 Revenue �ummary, Fund Balance -
Dedicated - Schedule D be increased by $5,000.00, and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, That this resolution shall not be adopted by the
Council until after a public hearing has been held, and for which five (5)
days publ.'ic notice shall be given once in the official newspaper of the City,
and the approval of the City Comptroller is endorsed on this resolution.
