WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payn�ent for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Comnissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from October 30,
1911 to November 12, 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby avthorized to pay the
employees who perforn�ed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
