WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, The Clerk of Municipa�. Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
October 3, 1971 to November 12, 1971, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
