RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Urban Ma.ss Transportation Technical Study Grant
Contract between the City and the United States of America,
Department of Transportation, said Agreement providing the City
with a two-thirds match of Federal funds (estima.ted total cost of
$108,000.00, and Federal share not to exceed $72,000.00) for a study
to develop a recommended system f�or the circulation and distribu-
tion of people in Downtown Saint Paul; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That the Ma.yor, Commissioner of Public Works,
City Clerk and Comptroller are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said Grant Contract on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul.
