date of completioa is September 15, 11971, and
WH$RSAS, The coatractor was unable to complete the contract by safd date
due to c�nditions beyond his control, therefore be it
RBSOLV$D, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an amendment to said contract extending the time of
�completion to November 15, 1971, grovided however, that this resolution shall
� ( have no force or effect unless the suretfes on the Contractor�s bond consenC
thereto and file such conseat in writiag with the City Camptroller, and be it
FUItTHER RBSOLV�D, That the City of Saint Faul hereby waives all claim for
liquidated damages and that nv engineering and inspection costs on this project
will be charged to the Contractor for such extended period.
