pians f�r T.H. 35E as early as July 31 , 1957, C,F. #183958, with subss�+eat
appr�vals an N�vea�ber 18, 1969 C.F. #246334 and on June 7, 197) C.F. �54328,
and;
WHEREAS, The right-af-way fer this praject has been substantially ac-
quire�, and;
WHEREAS, The pr�ject will have no app�rent adverse effect on city
•perations, a�d;
WHEREAS. The partio�s bming acquired for right-�f-way is sf n� l�cal ,
state, or natisnal signific�nce f•r recreational purposes, and;
WHEREAS, The portian being taken f�r rlght-af-way will have no un-
