WHEREAS, The Corrnnissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau of Health have
submitted investigation and inspection reports pertaining to the hereinafter
described property, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof;
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the conditions described in the hereinafter
described property constitutes nuisance which threaten the public peace, health
� and safety; and
�'J WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, 24 hours` notice
has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of each of such property demanding
the abatement and removal of such nuisances; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recomnendation of the Comnissioner of Public
Safety, the Comnissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to sua�narily and
forthwith remove the said nuisances from the following described property:
1836 Stillwater - Lot 1 , Block 7, Hazel Park Division #4 .
Remove junk piled along east s�de of house.
the cost of such removal to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corr�nissioner of Public Safety is directed
•� to scertain the cost of such removal and to forward the saIDe to the County
� Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which ascertained for collection

� in the same manner as taxes against said property.
