RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves
the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for
the Housing, Bui-�ding and Fire Prevention codes at its meeting
of October 27, 1971, waiving the following violations of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code with respect to the structure owned
by James N. Whittier and located at 414 Sherburne Ave. , for as
long as James Whittier and/or his wife own and reside in said
structure:
� l. Broken window glass in west bedroom.
2. Loose tile on bathroom floor.
� 3. Rippled and deteriorated areas of the kitchen floor
