Munger 1255 Edgerton Street Saint Paul, M1V 55101 RE: Saint Paul Taxicab Driver's License License ID #: 20020000074 Dear Mr. Munger: The Office of License, Inspection and Environmental Protection has recommended adverse action against the taxicab driver's renewal license application you submitted. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: Your driver's license record indicates that your Minnesota driving privileges are currently suspended. Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376. 16 (e)(1) requires that to be eligible for a taxicab driver's license an applicant shail have a valid Minnesota driver's license. St, Paul Legislative Code does not permit the renewal of a taxicab driver's license to a person with a suspended Minnesota driver's license. Additionally, St. Paul Legislative Code §376.16(k)(1) requires that any person holding a taxicab driver's license, whose Minnesota driver's license has been suspended, must immediately surrender their taxicab driver's license to the St. Paul licensing office. Untit you can sho�v proof that your driving privileges have been reinstated, you are not eligible for a tasicab driver's license in Saint Paul. Until then, you will need to sunender your taxicab driver's license to the licensing office located at 300 Lowry Professional Building, 350 St. Peter Street, St. Paul, MI�3 55102. If you do not dispute the above facts, you may either withdraw your renewal license application at this time, or you may provide evidence that your driving privileges have been reinstated.
