WHEREAS, Independent School District No. 625 has taken official
action for a special election to secure approval of the electorate for
a School Improvement Bond Issue; and
WHEREAS, Laws governing the school district requires it to
use the Bureau of Elections and its permanent registration of voters
and to pay the costs incurred in conducting such election; and
WHEREAS, It is the recommendation of the Comptroller that a
"Special Revenue Fund" be established to keep an accurate cost of all
expenses incurred; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That there is hereby established a special fund to
be designated as "Special School Election Fund", and therefore be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, That the Comptroller is hereby authorized
to assign the proper account number for this account.
