TOTAL AMOUNT OF TRANSACTION: $0.00 COST/REVENUE BUDGETED: FUNDDVG SOURCE: ACTIVITY NUMBER: FIIVANCIAL INFORMA'I'ION: (EXPLAIN) tr� P°• �"';, : � 2G�3 03. - �.�15 � MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOLP') is made and entered into this 12�`day of M+� 2 c N, 2003, by and between the City of Saint Paul (hereinafter "City"), and the Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association of the International Association of Fire Fighters, L,ocal 3939 (hereinafter "FSA") to modify Article 16 of the 2002 - 2003 Collective Bazgaining Agreement between the City and FSA. The parties understand and agree to the following: Article 16 of the Collective Bazgaining Agreement shall be modified by adding the following: 16.8 For any employee who is eligible to receive severance from the City under this Article, the City will contribute the full amount of their severance payment to a post-employment health plan. • This will apply to all FSA members who separate from service with the City after the date of this MOU. It is agreed by ail parties to this MOU that this modification to Article 16 wiil be included in the next Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and FSA.
