WHEREAS� Certain Capital Equipment Items are necessary for
the operation of the Civic Center Complex; and
WHEREAS� The Civic Center Authority, by Civic Center Authority
Resolution No. 230, ha.s authorized a Capital Equipment Fund in the
amount of $15,000.00, to be cha.rged against the Equipment Budget
of Civic Center Construction Fund No. 6000; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the City Council hereby approves the terms
and provisions of the Civic Center Authority Resolution No. 230
and the Equipment Fund established thereunder.
