COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, Como Zoo is in need of five (5) Rheas to com-
plete an exhibit; and
WHEREAS, Wallace Tiller, 1702 Hillcrest, Bell.evue,
Nebraska 68005� is the owner of five (5) Rheas valued at One
Hundred Dollars ($100) each; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tiller has agreed to purchase two (2) Elk
calves which are on the Como Zoo surplus list, at a price of
One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) each,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officials
be authorized to exchange two (2) surplus Elk calves belonging
, to Como Zoo for five (5) Rheas belonging to Mr. Wallace Tiller,
the transportation of said animals to be the responsibility of
� Mr. Tiller.

' BE IT FURTIiER RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul pay
c R�:- Mr. Ti11er Two Hundred Dollars ($200) as the difference between
� the value of the Rheas and the Elk calves.
