RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal
of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned
by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
surfacing with bituminous mate�ial Winthrop Street from Nebraska Avenue
to Hoyt Avenue, under Final Order No. 234224, approved July 11 , 1967.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the same
are hereby cancelled,a�nulled and rescinded, and all proceedings in
such matter discontinued.
