WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C.F. No,,2�s�o�, granting permission
and authority to Mrs. Astrid M. Gammel to connect her homestead at
1535 West Hoyt Avenue, Falcon Heights, the same being the East 32
feet of lot 4 and, except the East 26 feet, lot 5, Block 8, Northome
2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the existing sewer of the
City of Saint Paul in Hoyt Avenue, has been prepared and introduced to
the Counc i 1 of the C i ty of Sa i nt Pau 1 and w i 11 be adopted on 7�-v-!�7 , /9�;
to be effective eventual ly on,�,u, �p�lq��; now, therefore, be it ,
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue
a permit to Mrs. Astrid M. Gartunel for the construction of said sewer
con�ection subject to the same conditions and requirements as set out
in Ordinance C.F. �� �, pending before the Council of the City
of Saint Paui , inf � al of said construction being hereby
given in anticipation of the final adoption and approval of said
Ordinance.
