REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT RECEIPT
� In consideration of Northern States Power Company, a P'iinnesota
corporation (hereinafter called Company), extending its gas main in St. Paul
from
City of St. Paul� Department of Public Works �
to serve �Bureau of Traffic) (hereinafter called Customer)
a� 899 No. Dale Street and installing the necessary gas service pipe
and me`tering facilicies, cuscomer has paid to Company the sum of$ 2900.00 , which payment gives
him no ownership incerest in the above Company-installed facilities.
Such sum or portion chereof shall be refunded to customer in an amount hereinafter described,
without interest, if within a period of five (5) years from date hereof, additional customers are connected
to the extension or an extension therefrom,or Customer's annual gas requirements and resultant revenues
therefrom have increased. If the above contribution exceeds that which would be required under che said
new conditions of service, the Company will refund that difference. Such refund shall not be less than
� 150.00 for each additional customer served directly from the above main extension, provided
that the total of all refunds shall in no event exceed the sum paid hereunder to Company.
