WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C. F. No�sb/ �� granting permission to the
State of Minnesota, Department of Administration, Saint Paul , Minnesota, to
construct, operate, and maintain two 20-inch diameter chilled water lines
at a depth of approximately 8-feet under Cedar Street adjacent to the
State Capitol Building, approximatety 190-feet southeriy from the southerly
right-of-way line of University Avenue, has been prepared and i�troduced to
the Counci t of the C i ty of Sa i nt Pau 1 , and wi i l be adopted on h,�;�,..//, /'� � '

RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
permit to the State of Minnesota, Department of Administration for the
construction of said water lines, subject to the same conditions and
requirements as set out in Ordinance C. F. No.asb�b� pending before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul , informal approval of the construction of
said water lines being hereby given in anticipation of the final adoption
and approval of said Ordinance.
