WHEREAS, The Comnissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau of Health have
submitted investigation and inspection reports pertaining to the hereinafter
described property, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof;
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the conditions described in the hereinafter
described property constitutes nuisance which threaten the public peace, health
and safety; and
WMEREAS, Pursuant to Sectior� 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, 24 hours' notice
has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of each of such property demanding
the abatement and removal of such nuisances; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public
Safety, the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to sumnarily and
forthwith remove the said nuisances from the foliowing described property:
404-406 Banfil - East � of Lot 4, Block 21, Winslow's Addition

and rubbish from this lot.

FURTHER RESOLUED, That the Comnissioner of Public Safety is directed
