WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has approved a Local Improvement
Contract entitled "1971 Citywide Tree Planting Program" for the sum total
of $16,600.00, which has been awarded to Seeferts Hudson Road Nursery
(plus engineering and inspection @ 5� _ $830.00) per Council Resolution
No. 255917, approved October 5, 1971.
WHEREAS, the financing of this contract award was incorrectly
coded as C:I.B. Fund No. 9770-004 for $17,430.00; naw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul does hereby amend the
financing for this contract award to read as follows:
