WHEREAS, pursuant to section 203.3 of the City Charter the
City Comptroller does herew3th report to the City Council that
additional revenues have been received during 1971 in excess of
the estimates of revenue adopted within the 1971 budget, as
amended in the estimated additional amount of� $3773.04 from
the sale of abandoned books at the public library; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that it is prudent to provide an
additional appropriation in activity account number 0410-Library
Service; now, therefore, be 3t
RESOLVED, that the appropriation in the 1971 budget for
Library Service in Charter fund 9.01 Public Library is hereby
increased as follows:
Department of Libraries and Civic Buildings
Appropriation ($3773.04)
Charter Fund 9.01 Public Library
0410 Library Service
300 Commodities
349 Books and Periodicals
and; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, in the Schedule of Other General Fund
Receipts - Schedule B Library Service - Sales and Services - be
increased in the amount of� $3773.04 and; be it

Other General Fund Receipts - Schedule B, be increased
