WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Im�rovement
described as a Sanitary Sewer in an Alley in the WEST END ADDITION from the
S. E'. Corner of Walsh Park to Albion Street, Comptroller's Contrsct L-7394, City
Project No. 71-5-1431, F. Morettini Construction Coc�any, Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
i�HEREAS, It has been fouad necessary to make the following Additions:

Total Addition = $1118.00

'� � foregoing additions made in accordance �rith the Specifications in the sum of
� m $1118.00, sa3.d amonnt to be added to the lump sum consideratfon named in the
o � contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7394, snd which amount is to be
� prorated and assessed against the benefited property.
