COMMISSIONE
RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of Five Hundred
Thirty-one Dollars ($531) be allowed. under Contract L-7453 between
the City of Saint Paul and the Westlund Construction Company, said
contract for Site Work at Aldine Playground, and said extra to cover
the following:
Place concrete in lieu of sod, along the south
sid.e of new retaining wall.
-said. work having been requested by the Comxnissioner of Parks, Recreation
and Public Buildings, and agreement made with the contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller
and, countersigned by him. Charge to PIR. 6000-502 to be reimbursed
from 9770-460-012. Job #71-55.
