The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to cosdema and take an ease�ent in th� land necessary for the slepes, cuts asd
fills, includiug right of re�oval of lateral supgart frrna �ub�ect laad or re�ain-
der th�reof, occaaioned by excavatieas there�f, or co�struction of slopea ia the
grading aad surfacing �ith bitn�iaous �aterial the alley in Block 1�, Deasoyer Park
fro� Beverly Road to St. Aathan�► Av�nue, (G-1975), ia accordasce vith th� bl��p�tint
hereto attached and aade a part hereof, the hatched porticros sho�igg the cats a�d th�
shaded �rtioas sho�iag the fills,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 100.UO
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of
April, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
