RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the prior Resolution of this Council, Council File No . 252'732,
approved February 26, 1971, be and the same is hereby amended
in the following particulars :
The first paragraph is amended to read:
"RESOLVED� by the Council of the Gity of Saint Paul�
that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 115, Minnesota
�tatutes 196g, and Resolution of the Council, Council File
No. 250898, there shall be issued and sold general obligation
bonds of said City in the aggregate par value amount of Two
Million Dollars (�2, 000,000) for the purpose of procurement
by said City of funds in said amount to be used by the City
exclusively for the construction and installation of a part
of a, sewage disposal system� as defined in said Chapter 115�
and thereby to aid in the prevention� control, and abatement
of pollution of waters ; be it"
In the form of the bond, the fourth paragraph is amended
to read:
"This bond is one of a series of bonds issued and sold
by said Gity of Saint Paul in the aggregate par value amount
of Two Million Dollars (�2,000,000) , pursuant to Ghapter 115,
Minnesota Statutes i96g, to aid in financing a part of a
sewage disposal system, as defined in said Chapter 115. '�
