WHEREAS, the Civic Center complex will be undergoing
construction to approximately March of 1973; and
WHEREAS, there is concern relative to the proper
handling of the public attending conventions and events a.t
the Civic Center; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council give permission to the
Civic Center Authority to ereet temporary signs directing
people to the Civic Center ramp and the Civic Center buildings,
signs to be erected at the Seven Corners area, on Kellogg,
Fourth, and Fifth Streets on existing light standards or
available poles; and be it
FURTHE R RESOLVED, that there will be no cost to the
City of Saint Paul for the signs or manpower to erect them.
