In the Matter of reconstructing the si,dewalk on both sides of Lexington Parkway
from Montreal Avenue to Otto Avenue and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidenCal to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 252123 approve� Jannarv. 26,�9Z1
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Lexington Parkway from Montreal
Avenue to Otfo Avenue and by doing all other work which ia necessary and incidental
to cc�mplete said improvement, except where good and sufficient�oured sidewalks now
exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $�'t-�0 r n ft for S' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2nd day of
A ;1 , t q71 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
