In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of Minnehaha Avenue
from Winthrop Street to Pederson Street and by doing all�other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement, ,
under Preliminary Order 252051 approvecl January 21�1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiasioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Minnehaha Avenue from Winthrop
Street to Pederson Street and by doing all other work which is necessarq and
incidental to complete said improvement, except where good and suftieient poured
sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 per lin ft for S' wide Walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 1St day of
April, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
