The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 F'i le No. 251483
approved Dec, 15th__19 70_relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the south side of Elliott Place from Bates Ave. to Mound St. and bq doing all other
work which is necessary aad incidental to cosnplete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein. hereby '
reports:
� 1. The estimated cost thereof is $� 4.40 oer_lin. ft. �Qr..etandard side alk
