RESOLVED:
That the Council hereby grant permission to the
Saint Patrick's Association, Inc. , to hold a St. Patrick's
Day parade in the downtown area of Saint Paul, on Wednesday,
Ma.rch 17th, 1971, at 12:00 noon.
The route will be as follows: From Kellogg and
Wabasha; on Wabasha to Ninth Street; Ninth to St. Peter St. ;
St. Peter St. to Market; Market to Fourth Street, and disband
+�► Market between Fourth and Fifth Streets.
