WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul is owner in fee simple of
that certain real estate located in the City of Saint Paul,
Ramsey County, described as: That part of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast qua.rter (NE 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section twenty
(20), Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty-two (22), lying North
of Parkway Drive, (formerly White Bear Road) except the West four
hundred fifty-four and thirty-five one hundreths (454.35) feet
thereof, according to the United States Government survey thereof;
and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, acting through its Department
of Public Works� desires to construct a street over a portion of
the above-described real estate; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby dedicate the following described real estate, located in
the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, for
public street purposes:
"The North 30 feet of tha.t part of the Northeast qua.rter
of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section
twenty (20), Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty-two
(22) lying North af Parkway Drive, (formerly White Bear "
Road� except the West four hundred fifty-four and thirty-
five one hundredths (454.35) feet thereof, according to
the United States Government survey thereof.
"Together with a strip of land situated in the Northeast
qua.rter of the Northeast qua.rter of Section 20, Township
29 North, Range 22 �n1�st, lying East of a line 454.35 feet
East of and parallel to the West line of said Northeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of S��ction 20 and w' thin the
following described lines:

"Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly
right-of-way line of Parkway Drive and a line 30 feet
south of and parallel to the North line of said Section
20; thence southwesterly along said Northwesterly right-
of-way line, a distance of 317 feet; thence northeasterly
on a line a distance of 247 feet to a point 17 feet north-
westerly of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of
Parkway Drive (measured at right angles to Parkway Drive);
thence northeasterly and parallel to said Northwesterly
right-of-way line a distance of 29 feet; thence north-
westerly to a point on a line 30 feet south of and para�
lel to the North line of said Section 20, said point
being 50 feet west of the point of beginning; thence east
to the point of beginning.
"Al1 subject to the reservation in favor of the State of
Minnesota of all minerals and mineral rights as provided
