Sgbdivision of $lock 38, Lake aca� Villas, and by doing all other work ahich is
naceasary and incidental to �omplete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order ?52081 approved _Tanuary 22� 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the weat side of Harth O�ford �treet fram Orchard
Avenue to the north to and including Lot 20, Lyon and Brcywn's Snbdivision of Blcck
38, Lake Ca�o Villas, and bq doing all uther work Whi�h is neceessary and incidental
to complete said iaprove�aent, exeept vhere good and sufficieat poured sidewalka now
exists
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.�.0 per lin ft for 5' wide Walk
$ 5.30 per lin fC for 6' Wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd �,y of
xarch, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons �nd in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated. Z 4 1971
