under Preliminary Order 251:921 approved Januar7 12, i9T1 -
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
: upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruat the aid,e��11q-on the north side of Caae Avenme fron Kenaard Street ,
to �'landran Street and by da�g all other work vhich ia +neceasary as�d �acidentml to
caaplete said fmprove�eat, exeegt �here good and aufticien� poured sidewalks so� -

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
March, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Aouse and City Hall Building in the �City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and plac�e of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
